Joe my Neighbour

Yesterday there was one row of bricks that we could not remove so I was optimistic that the brick layer would be able to build on top but he did not support my optimism. So before the skip left I attacked the problem bricks. After making next to no progress my neighbour walked by. "You know", he said, "I may have something that would make it easier." Off he went to his garage and came back with an electric jack hammer. In next to no time he had solved my problem; he talked for longer than it took him to solve my problem!

Joe, before he retired, had a demolition contracting company.
