Galactic Bulge over the Little River Rail Trail

Another shot under the stars from last night, this time only just into the new day on this side of midnight.

The centre of the galactic bulge of the Milky Way shines bright in this shot, the stacked wide angle aspect showing the stars as they curve across the sky.

This is a 6 shot vertical panorama looking down the rail trail towards Birdling's Flat and up to approximately 60 degrees from ground level.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on yesterday's Starry Southern Sky and for sending it to the Spotlight. I'm stoked that so many of you love seeing the stars as much as I do.
