It's a "Wintoday" Bee

I was just going outside to take a photograph of the garden in desperation, when this little chap landed on my arm, so I took a one armed picture of him, which explains the fact that he is not too sharp.

I am really worried about the birds in the garden as they are soaked through and just hope it stops raining soon. I remember them being in this state two years ago when it never seemed to stop raining. Unless they can dry their feathers out, they won't survive.

I started blipping around the middle of January and am amazed that I have had more than 20,000 viewings of my photographs since joining. Thank you to everyone for dropping in now and then.
