oops, or two steps forward one step back

This is a piece two pieces of my latest model. Just before lunch it was finished except for cleaning up. This was it's undoing, only the excess solder that I removed was holding it in one piece, none had actually penetrated the joint.
I knew it was going to be tricky, nine small pieces and two larger ones all silver soldered together, too much heat in the wrong place and a bit somewhere else will fall off. Back to the drawing board.
What will it be? A 1/12 scale model of Roman Cheiroballistra c.50 AD. If I ever get it finished!
