An old man with his Starbuck's double shot skinny latte, or is it just a cappuccino? Is he lonely, sad or worried? He does walk with a stick. This is a hospital. He was joined, shortly after, by a female companion.

I was enjoying my usual 60ml of espresso doppio, sitting in the University Hospital of Wales' concourse, after my first physiotherapy visit to check out my damaged shoulder. Don't you sometimes see someone, a stranger, & wonder what their story is?
