Throw

Today is, and has been, a soggy, cold grey day in this part of England so I didn't feel inclined to go out searching for Blips. Had to be an indoor one. So here, on display, is the patchwork throw Liz painstakingly made for me last year as part (and only part) of my 70th birthday present. I watched the 'throw' take shape over several weeks, and admired the skill, patience and dexterity with which she created it.

In practical terms it serves as a lap-throw for cold winter evenings. Thank you Liz - everything you do is valued and appreciated xxx.
