I expect lots of bowing and curtseying!!!

I had a swim...I love an empty pool, empty of people not water, of course!

I had another blood test...it's starting to bruise now.

I threw a bottle of nail polish up in the air, as I caught it it hit my haematite thumb ring and cracked it in half. I feel unbalanced.

I went shopping with Carole, I have some tasty treats for tea...including lots of iron rich spinach, watercress and broccoli...I'm tired of falling asleep!
