Rock On

Today I was giving a talk to an over 50's group - well average age I'd say was 75. What's worrying is they have much more energy than me!

As they meet in the local Youth Centre where the grafiti art is, I couldn't resist this picture of the grafiti on the disco room with the 3 wheeled walker next to it. It does round them up!
