Fireflies!!

This 'artwork a day' project turned out to my advantage today. I was tired during club today but finished a sketch I had started a few weeks ago, thinking that would be my post for the day. Then I realized that i had left that sketchbook at work and quickly whipped out another little painting, thinking that would be my post for the day.
Coming home from a BBQ this evening our garden was full of fireflies! I had never seen fireflies before moving to turkey, and they are so enchanting, like having a yard full of fairy lights. Pure magic.
