Grand-dog-ter

Khaleesi came up with Jennie & is staying here as well. We'll keep her while they're on their honeymoon, which is fine with us, as she's great company! She rarely barks, & she's well behaved. We couldn't believe how quickly she settled in this time compared to the last time she was here, so she must have remembered being here before. She knew right where to look for her bed, her food & her water, & promptly laid claim to her same spot on the couch! Tom TOLD her to make herself at home, & she did! Ha! I bought her a new leash, as we took her outside for a walk & Jennie had forgotten to tell us that the hook on the old one sometimes stuck open, so as we were walking her it slipped off--gave me a heart attack, but she came right back when I called her, thank goodness! Jennie, along with her cousin (who is her maid of honor) & her other bridesmaid all went to get their nails done. Then they're taking her to dinner @ an Italian place, followed by an "art & wine bar" (apparently you draw while you drink--who'd have thought--I'll bet they get some interesting pictures! ) & then they're going out to a bar for "ladies' night. Rehersal tomorrow, & then the big day! :))
