Grey

It was another fun packed morning at the office. I met with a great character in the form of one of our clients who seemed very happy with how our meeting went.

I met with J from the BID in the café at Morrison's for a coffee over lunchtime to catch up with things in her world. It seems that nothing really has changed these in the time since I stepped down. What a surprise.

After doing a small shop, I followed my nose and ended up at Ravensthorpe Reservoir in the mizzle to practise my photography, using manual and other settings. The day was so flat and grey that it made for some interesting water shots but I failed on many of them to get the light reading right as the water was so bright but grey. I must remember to compensate for this in future. I quite liked the blip shot as I spent much of the time watching this coot passing pieces of reed to his mate on the nest, which was really sweet.

Saw a baby fox running around on the way to my usual shrink session, which was fine and visited my bro's tenants for the first time and found them to be very nice people so I have no worries there, which is a relief.

Home now to roast chicken and roasted veggies and another quiet night...
