Mr Francisco is Brazilian. He is a Jack of all trades. He has built all of the structures we work under at the Centre. He knows how to build stone walls, reuse materials or wood work and he assists the sculptors too. Seams like anything we need done he knows how to do it and does it well.
His younger daughter is pregnant and will deliver next February, so he´s thinking of going back to Brazil to be near her when the baby arrives.
If and when that happens nothing will be the same at the studio. I can´t think of a more reliable, helpful, nicely tempered man and as a professional the best one can hope for.
He will be sorely missed.
