Driving lesson #1
Today me and Leevi had the first official driving lesson! It went very well. The minimum amount is to have 20 * 50 min driving lessons and 19 * 45 min theory lessons. That means me and Leevi are going to spend lots of quality time together in next months :)
There was an interesting piece of news today: Finns have exceptionally large heads and are taller than other nationalities, says Finnish Health and Welfare Institute (THL). When it comes to body shape and size, there are big differences between national groups. Compared to the data provided by the World Health Organisation, Finns have larger-than-average heads. The average Finn’s head is among the largest 10-15 percent of heads in WHO data.
Larger heads do not mean brainier children - intelligence is not correlated with large heads, reports THL. The THL comparison also showed that Finns are among the tallest people in the world, at an average height of 180cm for men and 169cm for women when healthy and fully-grown.
