My lake is a combination...

of hard and soft. Another odd day and just now got internet service back. I wasn't sure what my blip was going to be today. This was an abstraction from the quiet early morning hours and later upon returning I watched an eagle carry off a bird that he had killed. I think it may have been a gosling but couldn't tell by the photos, too mangled. Made me sad...I had high hopes of catching up on commenting but apparently there was an accident that took out internet service in my area for most of the afternoon and evening.
