Portugal - day 5

Belly to the bar but not for the purposes of consuming alcohol. This is a cafe in Sintra and here, the locals drop in for a coffee which they drink standing up at the counter even though there are plenty of seats available,? They are not here for a long leisurely drink, jus a quick caffeine fix, a quick natter with whomever is stood next them and then they are off on their way again.

It's apparent to me that food is an important aspect of a holiday for me. Not a surprise but it has been highlighted on this holiday as I've found the food on offer not to be that enticing. I found Spain to be much more to my liking.
