Dorades

Our arrival in Murcia was delayed only shortly and with a speedy exit to the car hire we were on site in the Province of Almeria within 2 hours of landing.

The trip down was a great drive. We took the toll road and for many stretches we were the only car for a couple of kilometres. Quite how they recoup their costs I am not sure but it may be busier at peak hours. We were travelling during the siesta!

On arrival the skies clouded over but compared to Edinburgh at 6.30am it was chalk and cheese. There is was cold and damp. Here it was mild and a gentle breeze. Temperature in the mid 20s.

We went to the local supermarket to stock up. As ever the display of hams and fish were amazing. I managed to grab this shot of the Dorada before being told we could not photograph. So, with no opportunity to improve on this - it is today's blip.
