A Bee Sees

Another day, another insect rescue. After yesterday's thrilling and climatic rescue of a butterfly that seemed unable to fly, today escalated when I came across a bee kicking around in a bucket of water I keep by our front door house plant. I carefully pulled him out and placed him on the ground, then took a few close up shots like the one you see above while he dried off. Another carefully handling where he was kind enough not to sting me (although the fact that that would cause his death may have something to do with it) saw him over to a flower for him to rejuvenate.
