Tried on my mom’s oven mitt,
Didn't fit...
A little too big -- just a bit

I tried on my brother’s
shoes,
A little too loose.
Not the kind you could use

I tried on the summer sun,
Felt good.
Nice and warm -- knew it would.
Tried the wood floor beneath bare feet,
Felt neat.

Finally, felt well dressed,
