Naughty But Nice!

Another grey, damp and depressing day today - I might just have to put my SAD lamp on for an hour to give me some simulated daylight. Anyway, it's not the kind of morning that's going to entice me outside looking for a blip. As for lunch today, I think it could be a comfort eating bag of crisps and a banana - I don't really fancy anything else... except maybe some nice warm soup!
