Everybody's Got To Learn Sometime

I went back to the Apple store for the second time this week so they could sort out something I couldn't get my Technophobic head round on my iPhone. I don't know what they did but the word 'reconfigured' came into it somewhere and it works now.

These ladies were attending a workshop apparently, being taught the rudiments of the iPad by some very patient techy type. The ladies said they had had to wait months to get on to a workshop as they are so popular. A silver surfers' iPad club. Who knew!

I wonder if somewhere there's a suitable class on focal length, where they speak slowly and clearly, with diagrams, for the terminally confused like me.
