Penne Pasta Making

Still struggling for a signal. This was our first visit of 'The Taste of Tuscany' tour. Once the wine tasting had taken hold, photography was forgotten!

We visited Martelli's Pasta Shop in Lara. I know for certain that a group of 32 tourists would not have been allowed in this processing room in the UK. Food hygiene and health & safety obviously haven't reached the Southern European countries quite yet.

Thanks for all of the kind wishes yesterday. A good night's sleep has done wonders for my relaxation state.
