Afternoon tea

For Mother's Day Rebecca gave me a voucher for afternoon tea at The Tea Box in Richmond. So off we went today (and Josh tagged along at the last minute), and very nice it was too.
I had physio first thing this morning but they are putting it on hold at the mo until I have had an injection and was given another exercise for the other shoulder as that has now started to hurt but not frozen.....yet!!
As for the weather .... Still miserable but not as wet!!!
