It's never too cold

Rule #1 at the farm, it's never too cold for ice cream! Here's my lucky little niece Jules again. Lucky enough to have her very own ice cream store. Apparently, cowboy hats and boots are the proper attire for getting ice cream since I have photographed her doing this before. This is Jules' 8th appearance on blip but it won't be her last.
