Only one

Today was unfortunately a bit of a wasted day in the park for H and myself.
We experienced a recurring car problem, and shortly after leaving camp, did an about turn and returned.

We managed to get text messages out to the family and were in the process of arranging assistance, when the mobile phone network collapsed. No contact was available in or out. Even the camps so-called 'landline" connection, now linked to the cell phone network was down.

Four hours later, our saviour, son C arrived in his hire car, and gave us less that 10 minutes to transfer ourselves and luggage into his vehicle, in order to get to our next camp Pretoriuskop, before gate closure time @17h30.

Our vehicle was left in Satara to be sorted later.
