A very wet US Treasury

Pouring with rain today, so here's a very wet Treasury Building in DC, and a soaked through Albert Gallatin on a plinth. He was the 4th Secretary of the Treasury, serving during the Jefferson and Madison administrations. This is just one of DC's very many beautiful public buildings. Looks nicer in the sunshine ....
