The sun shone so all is right in the world!

Told you retirement was linked to the weather, didn't I! Today beautiful sunshine, good lunch and time in my favourite garden centre with HG and 2 year old grandson. They enjoyed playing on the Routemaster Bus and I enjoyed the roses!

Last night we had a phone call to say my 88 year old mum had been admitted to hospital with chest pains, shortness of breath and pain in arm. My wonderful sister and b-i-l dealt with everything and by this morning things were fine and she was sent home. Sleepless night for us all but all is well that ends well and for that I'm VERY thankful.
