Almost Dinner

I went to do a big shop after work today. I even took a list with many things on it including the ingredients for this recipe. However I forgot to look at the list. Half way into making this for dinner I realised I'd forgotten the blasted ricotta!


This recipe is from Rebar Modern Food Cook Book which is a great book. I collect a lot of cook books and read them but hardly ever cook any thing from them. Probably because you have to have the right ingredients on hand! I have made a few good things from this one though. If your interested in the recipe look in BIG and you should be able to read it.
