Pink....

......rhododendron!
Those of you that are familiar with my blip will be aware of my liberal use of pink ; sometimes in the most unexpected places!!
Well here I go again in my garden!
With this rhododendron ,that I planted 6 years ag0.
And which I was under the impression would be a lovely claret red!!
For 5 years it has just grown producing nothing but leaves......until now!
When it has erupted amazingly with blooms galore!
Pink!!
The smirks of my peer group are hard to bear!
And I just know there are those amongst you who will not waste this opportunity to swell their ranks.....sigh!!
So , in an effort to claw back some dignity have put a selection of flowers that are in my garden just now in Blipfolio that are of various hues!
But just between you and I ; actually, I quite like this rhodedendron[/I !
