More book fodder

A meatball curry today. It's not kofta curry, these are plain meatballs cooked in a curry sauce. There's an element of making life easy in this recipe collection, despite - or because of - the low carb element.

Pleased with the result. Hoovered up by the children, so a definite for the book.

I had hoped not to blip food today but I started baking at 06:30, the cake boxes went out at 16:30 and I've just stopped cooking, so food it is.
