King Edward VII, 1902

Walking along the banks of the River Ness this morning this cottage and clock caught my eye. I think the cottage would at one time have been the gate house to Inverness's Royal Northern Infirmary. The clock bears the inscription 'Commemorating Coronation of King Edward VII 1902' The property is well maintained but don't know when the hands on the clock last moved. Under the eaves is a swallows nest, maybe you can see the evidence.
