Field of Allium

We are in Northumberland for the British Championships weekend. En route to our very comfortable B & B (we were met with cake!) near Powburn, we stopped off at Alnwick Garden for a couple of hours. Much has been developed since our last visit. It was great to see the kids enjoying the Cascade and the water features in the Serpent Garden. However, the highlight of the visit for me is this field of purple allium, planted in the cherry orchard. I blipped it from all angles and I'm still not sure which blip I prefer. Sadly I am unable to upload all my blips at present but I'll put a link on after the weekend.
