It's amazing the lengths they will go to in order to make their food look fresh! That really is dry ice wafting over the asparagus!

Today was supposed to be our one day off, spent together, being non- work people.

We managed a walk, food, packing for the long weekend....me to the Tri and Paul to Saudi. By 11am I was on the phone to work and answering emails. Lunch. Few more emails and calls. BBC Radio Lincs want to interview me and do a tour of the UTC next week. That's cool. Out to the common, the girls went nuts for over an hour as we mooched through the rain and enjoyed the fresh air. They were like tiny racehorses!

Food shop, collected dry cleaning (I love the 24 hour service!), home to find an email bombshell. A critical member of staff has declined my job offer. Absolutely gutted. Tears and more tears. These things are sent to test us.

Dropped the girls at their weekend training centre, Pip looked sad, needed extra cuddles. We were supposed to go out for dinner but I was still in scruffs so a Chinese was collected, home for a G&T times two and now...well, I have a bike to pack in the car, run and swim kit to sort and clothes for the weekend in London. So much to do. So little time. And I really MUST NOT WORK FOR THE NEXT THREE DAYS OR I WILL GO MAD!!!! ;0)

And my lovely hubby is off to look at his college in Saudi. Cool or what!!

Finally...huge love to my Mum and Dad on their 43rd wedding anniversary. They are absolutely amazing, I'm one lucky daughter.
