Chopsticks

My inspiration for dinner tonight was the set of chopsticks given to me for Christmas by my dear brother-in-law - he and my sis are teaching English in China this year. I'm not a very capable chopsticks-user, so truth be told, I had to switch back to a fork in order to consume my fried rice before it grew cold. The cashew chicken with snow peas and mushrooms was a little easier! It was fun.
