going to be a kind of stockfish
we got those dabs from a local shrimp fisherman in friesland, took them with us to the camping in twente. My husband baked half of the amount, and now we are drying the rest. After 5 days with some sun and wind they can be dry, than you can eat them as they used to in the early days.
