Scrambled eggs

I was pleased to leave the late May winter weather in the UK, and return to the tropics. Not wanting to be entirely British and remark upon the weather too much, but the tropics do have their disadvantages as well. Such as opening your bedroom door after 3 weeks shut and finding that the entire bed is black with mould. Cue a Friday evening spent washing bedclothes repeatedly and examining every other piece of material in the room for signs of fungus.

On the way from the airport I thought how strange it should be that tuk tuks go around with open fires burning less than half a metre from a tank of fuel. I wouldn't like to be there if this egg laden tuk tuk was to explode, even if scrambled egg is my favourite way of cooking it.
