Tired

Today I had lots of energy in the morning, but at 4.30pm I felt as if a heavy blanket of exhausting was put over me. No idea why....

Something I am loving at the moment is my cup of * Bulletproof Coffee *
For those who have never heard of it...look it up online.
Mine has Coconut milk and Ghee instead of milk...but prefer the taste of coffee with butter....
