In an English Country Garden......

Although still overcast a better day encouraged us out of the house. We decided on one of our favourite walks from Sinnington up to Appleton Le Moors and back via Fred's Wood.

Although muddy in places the beautiful scenery was well worth the effort. These Aliums were growing in the garden of a house in Sinnington. The striking purple caught my eye and certainly added colour to an otherwise green walk.
