Kanakades

After the thunder yesterday, the skies cleared and been a glorious day of sunshine :)

Up early and went off to hire scooters for the day. What a great way to see Corfu. We could take our own time and stop as and when we wanted, unlike a bus tour we've travelled all the way up the west coast and taking in the stunning scenery and forgotten wee villages. Some places were like stepping back in time, if it hadn't been for the sky dishes, electric power cables and cars! If you visit Corfu, the west coast is a must!
Quiet night tonight as another big day coming up tomorrow.

I loved ever wee village we visited but Kanakades was so sleepy, hardly anyone about. Walking through the wee lanes and houses was a treat and gave off that real Greek feel :)
