Worn out

This bolt was not the reason why our mill stopped working yesterday evening, but it's good I noticed it while dismantling the mill to find the fault. If it would have been something big (not standard parts), I would have had to drive to the factory to get the replacement before weekend. Luckily I just needed to replace some bearings which could be bought nearby, plus two belts and this bolt which were even closer. That saved me five hours compared to the worst case scenario and the mill was working again before evening milking.

It's heartbreaking that the machines are getting so old that they need so many spare parts!
