End of life

Most of the rhododendrons seem to be coming to an end now. My mom pointed this one out to me on her garden in one of her calmer moments today.

She has had a dreadful day today. The dementia is galloping on. I will spare you all the details, they are too close to the surface at the moment. I just want to get to their diamond wedding anniversary on 7 June and hope they enjoy the lunch party we are organizing .
