A pain in the eye ...

Very satisfying case at work - this lovely lady managed to get a small particle of stone or something similar lodged in her cornea. She was very painful and unhappy and after removing the offending particle there was considerable damage visible. I saw her back today after 24 hrs of medication and she is 98% better ... yay :-)
