Beautiful Bugs

Not a clue as to what these gorgeous little beetle/bugs are but I do know they were having a lovely time on this lavender, for hours! They had the most wonderful iridescent coats that took my eye, the colour and rows of indentations were amazing! Again, I'd be grateful for any clues as to their names :-) please!
