First Pie

Today I helped my son make his first pie! Those of you who know my son well know that he has quite a restricted diet ( through his own choice I might add!) so when he said " can I make a cheese and onion pie mum?" I was so pleased as I knew that if he'd helped make it he would be more likely to try it. And he certainly did, he demolished three slices and would have happily eaten more. A very successful first pie I think!!!!
