Morning with Mommy

I have been up and out the door early for much of this week, preparing for presentations, meetings, and the like. Today, I spent more time with my boy, who gets up with the roosters most mornings.

He was going to meet his new teacher today and I knew the class had been practicing songs to sing for her. I asked him about it and he sang so sweetly to me.

After school, he reported that he got to ask the new teacher a question. His current teacher said that the children got to say a little bit about themselves, too. Not surprisingly, Q talked about liking Fireman Sam.
