Returning from a crazy trip to IKEA, we pulled up at TillyMac's and this is what we were welcomed by...a smashed rear windscreen!!!

Only days before had I reassured the BoyF that his car would be safe parked at TillyMac's.

The police station is next door so off I went leaving my other friends to somehow sort it!!! The police were great, it had already been reported by a neighbour as the alarm kept going off. Apparently some psychotic Dutch bird decided to drop the stone it was carrying right onto the car!!!

Fabulous friends had the Carglass repair man on his way and had started sweeping up.

A few hours later, after calming down and building the purchases from the aforementioned IKEA trip, the man arrived, 'fixed' the windscreen with some Perspex and Duct tape and told me not to drive over 100kph and that I can order a real windscreen in the UK!!!

What a day, but it was topped off by 6 geocaches xxx
