Dandelion Clock

My boss is retiring today so I went into to work for a bit of lunch send-off do. My other half came with me as he also worked at the same place over 15 years ago, and was employed as her site manager then.

Our teaching room had been set out to look like a 1950s village fete with buntings and vintage tablecloths. It was a really pretty setting for the buffet.

So my lakeside walk was postponed to late afternoon. Much of it was spent watching the wildlife - including the swans and geese with their young, and the damselflies.
