Get Your Foot Off The Brake

The annual Allendale Fair. All the normal things you would expect to find at a village fair, numerous stalls, pony rides, fairground rides, hog roasts, the pubs doing a roaring trade and of course the northern qualifier for The Strongest Man competition.

Ten very large men with numerous tattoos and muscles on their muscles took part in trying to lift the rear axle of a Land Rover (with the Land Rover still attached), the Tyre Flip (flipping a 300 kg tyre over and over 10 times), The Yoke (a short 50 metre stroll with 400 kg across your shoulders) and the ever popular Bus Pull (up hill!).

The amount of time Mr Baynes' buses spend in the garage it may be worth him employing one of the participants as a one man breakdown service.
