Dumbbells

Back in the gym today.
And it was hot and sunny outside!
I keep telling myself that it was dedication that took me there and not being really sad and stupid!

I didn't use these, still got my old program to do for a few more days before I get a new one next week. Then who knows...? Or cares! I hear many cry. I'm pretty excited about it though. :)
