Rose

I went off to visit dad again in Slimbridge today and again raided the garden.

I collected some flowers and then June declared that I didn't have enough and took me round again chopping off all the blooms that I had liked but felt unable to cut. Actually there are loads of buds still on the shrubs/bushes so I've not actually deprived the garden of too many flowers.

This is just a hasty effort - composition is a bit off as I'd plonked the stem in the nearest vase I had to hand but will certainly be doing more tomorrow of all the roses and take my time over them.
