Royal Albert Hall

We went to the gorgeous Royal Albert Hall today to see Star Trek (the 2009 film) with the 21st Century Symphony playing the score, joined by a choir of at least 60.

The composer, Michael Giacchino, surprised us by putting in an appearance at the beginning and then came back at the end and personally conducted another of his pieces. It was a really fantastic show.
